In July 2022, Dosa.Inn brought Kolkata its first 99-variety dosa menu — recipes traced personally to the roadside joints of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, techniques handed down from OG Dosa Masters of the South.
We opened our first outlet. 60,000 customers walked through in year one. No marketing spend. Just honest food and a chutney people kept coming back for.
Today, seven outlets across Kolkata and Guwahati. 6 Lakh+ guests later, the dosa is the same. We just keep making it better.
